In our business we love the emotions and each new supply of olive oil is for us a moment of reassessment and emotion:

  • emotion for having created a unique food of extraordinarily low acidity, capable of accompanying the simplest dishes or harmoniously blending with the most refined preparations
  • emotion for its unmistakable colours – slightly veiled green with yellow-gold reflections – and its agreeable smell of green leaves and fresh-cut grass
  • emotion for its unmistakable taste, medium-sweet at first, followed by a fruity, spicy finish.
